1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

  1. User Obligations and Limitations of Dreamstudy’s Liability

      3.1 Dreamstudy cannot be held accountable for any issues or damages resulting from:

Delayed payments or non-payment of dues by users.

Ignorance, negligence, or inaction on the part of users.

Users’ non-adherence to any clauses outlined in this TOS.

Visa application denials or institutional service refusals that are unrelated to Dreamstudy’s interventions or actions.

Discrepancies, inaccuracies, or misrepresentations in user’s personal, travel, or identification documents.

Loss or misplacement of vital documents, including but not limited to tickets, visas, or passports by users.

Medical or health-related issues that inhibit a user’s ability to travel or pursue educational opportunities.

Events classified as force majeure or any unforeseen external events.

Actions, decisions, or inactions by third parties that negatively impact users.

      3.2 Dreamstudy operates solely as an informational platform and does not partake in, influence, or bear responsibility for the delivery or quality of any university’s educational programs.

  1. Force Majeure

      4.1 Neither Dreamstudy nor its users shall be held accountable for any breaches or failures to fulfill obligations due to unexpected events beyond their control. These events encompass natural calamities, pandemics, political disruptions, governmental interventions or decrees, labor disputes, disruptions in transportation, or any other unforeseen impediments.

  1. Jurisdiction, Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

      5.1 The TOS and any associated legalities will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand.

      5.2 In the event of any disputes or disagreements arising out of or in relation to these terms, both parties should prioritize achieving an amicable settlement through negotiations. If these negotiations prove unsuccessful, the matter shall be escalated and adjudicated by the appropriate legal channels within the Kingdom of Thailand.

  1. Communications & Interaction Protocol

      6.1 All formal interactions and communications between Dreamstudy and its users must be carried out via the designated communication methods stipulated in the user’s profile on our platform.

      6.2 By agreeing to these terms, users acknowledge and accept the legal standing and legitimacy of electronic communications, including emails, platform notifications, and other digital messages.

  1. Transfer, Assignment & Delegation

      8.1 Users are strictly prohibited from transferring, assigning, or delegating their rights and responsibilities as per this TOS without first securing explicit written consent from Dreamstudy.

  1. Language, Interpretation & Translations

      9.1 The original and primary language for this TOS is English. In the event that translations of this TOS are made available, the English version will always take precedence in cases of discrepancies or ambiguities.
